We rented a home in Coon Rapids MN for 3.5 years. It was an uneventful time with few repairs needed. Well the AC went out in August of 16, the hottest week of the summer. It was fixed in a week or so. Other than that, it went okay. Would have maybe stayed one last year, until we move to Washington, but the rent just keeps going up. Now it sits unused and you're already at a loss for the year, compared to letting us stay at our current rate. Just not the brightest bunch. They're not the friendliest and the homes are far from perfect, but all in all, they're okay. Hence 3 stars, which mean just okay.
