This place frequently has unattended children. I am constantly picking up trash and broken glass.I call 311 when there is offensive or over the top graffiti and eventually it gets cleaned up... usually with just one notification. The portapotty is a lifesaver, but I always need to check it before I let one of my children go in. You never know when someone has trashed it.
When cleaned and not overrun by children from adjacent Hmong Academy it's quite nice to go to for a bit of fresh air and exercise.
