I called eight different gas companies on a Wednesday to get pricing for an LP tank, install and service. Paul sounded like the most genuine of the people I spoke with (everyone offered the same prices). He was at my house the next morning with a full tank and hose to bury in the ground. I had heat by Friday. Unbelievable service and communication. I felt like I was his only customer.
