Always excellent service. You should ALWAYS take your Lexus to a certified dealership/service shop. It may be more expensive; but the people who work on our cars here really have the right touch and know how to take care of them. Tom Bennett has been helping my father and I since 2003 and I am very satisfied with their customer service. The waiting area is best described as a multipurpose office/lounge. There are five main areas. A library with high end furnishing and stocked wall-to-wall with great books, cubicles to serve as a office environment for people who need to work while waiting for their vehicle. A kids play area so parents can work/lounge while they wait for their car to be done. The last area in the waiting room seems like a lunch or eating area, with coffee machines and a large assortment of free snacks. I hope that this location receives a 2017 customer server award banner to hang proudly among the many others they have.
