Called me at 2:10 to deliver when my scheduled time was 3pm-7pm. Even though I had a young person home at that time I wanted to be there. They hung up on me when I said not until 3pm. So I said I won't be home until 3pm. I didn't get there until 3:15 they already had washer running. I had to tell them to get the dryer duct I paid for. Hoses were mixed up to Hot and Cold. Im guessing they didn't know Hot is on the left and Cold is on the right.
