HORRIBLE! They accused my boyfriend and i of smoking in the room and charged my card $250. It was a RIDICULOUS ACCUSATION my boyfriend and i dont even smoke!! And this was our third time staying there. Youd think they know if you smoke or not by how many times you go out of your room to smoke. Im never going to stay in their hotel anymore. Also they have bad customer service i called once regarding the charge the lady did NOT know what she was talking about the second time i called another lady said she’ll call me back in 20 minuets.. and guess what SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK jesus! They dont even deserve any stars smh
