Lyndale Animal Hospital

I had to put my dog down recently, in the process of this nobody came into the room to see what I would like to do with his body until after I put him down. Then they told me, I would be called in 5-7 business days, so I waited. The days have passed and I haven’t received a called so I called in and they told me that he was ready to be picked up. When I go to pick him up, he was no where to be found and still haven’t located his body.
