I have read several bad reviews for this location and wanted to weigh in. I am not affiliated with this company, but have been a member for 8 months at the time of this review. First, becoming a member is very easy and they don't really explain everything it entails in detail. They are pretty tricky at getting you to sign onto being a member following a massage and make it sound like a wonderful experience that is so simple and easy and they used words like "no obligation", and "easily hold, freeze, or discontinue your membership whenever you want".
This is very misleading. Once you become a member you are literally locked into a binding contract of monthly withdrawals for a year, and then you have to make a request in writing to cancel your membership only after your year is up.
With that being said, I have had very positive experiences with actually receiving my massages. They are always on time for my appointments, the therapists are always very professional and they do a good job listening to what I have to say. While the process of becoming a member and understanding the contract is impossible and very misleading, they do offer good services that I am happy to have signed up for.
I will be terminating my contract at the end of the year, however - if I can figure out how...
