Specifically ordered through the drive through for my food to be in a separate bag from my husband's because his food included items I am severely allergic to that makes me unable to breathe. They put them all in the same bag and got some of the allergen on my food requiring Epipen. At the bottom of my McFlurry was a plastic wrapper. When I showed it to the manager, he looked at it and did not seem to care. When I said you served plastic and is potentially dangerous -- what if was a small child, he just said "Sorry." When I told him about the bagging issue and need for EpiPen along with dangerous, he again replied, "Sorry." When he was unwilling to offer anything else, I told him a simple sorry was not enough. After I refused to leave without some compensation (refund, voucher for next time, etc), he then gave me a refund though showed zero concern about their liability for the life threatening allergic reaction or serving plastic wrap inside ice cream. Completely unsafe and unacceptable.
