Room for improvement is an understatement! Rudest place in St Cloud by far. They staff is uninformed of the menu and cannot answer simple questions. The staff treats you horribly at this location. Like the are offended you have asked them a question and then laugh at you when youpoint out their behavior. Staff is so immature. Really a shame. The manager has no control of her staff and did nothing to address this rude behavior that was exhibited. I will make a call to corporate to see what can be done. I have had issues with this location before, however tonight was absolutely the worst.

Went thru drive thru... The girl that took my order was angel. She didn't greet us at all... She just said can I help you? She didn't even read the order back to us and it ended up being wrong in the end. We ordered a M Carmel frappe extra ice extra drizzle and a L Mocha frappe. The M was fine but ended up getting a M mocha instead of L. When Mike handed it to my husband, my husband asked if it was a L and Mike said yeah even tho it was a M. When asked if they could fix it... They did but didn't give extra ice or extra drizzle. Very rude about it. Angel than said I'm a manager how can I help you? Even tho she was clearly not in manager shirt or ascot. They were both very rude.

Always frequent for their Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffins, and any kind of burger with fries! Excellent as always! Prices great too...It's fast food at its finest.
