Midway Party Rental/Ultimate EVENTS

I'm not sure where to start because I was dissatisfied from the time I put the "non-refundable deposit" down, straight through until the end. I felt deceived by an initially low delivery estimate. If you need delivery during ANY specific time frame, no matter how broad, go somewhere else, or you will pay at least double. When we finally figured out the delivery, they said they were totally booked for a Monday pick up, made it really hard to coordinate with the venue, and made us pay triple the initial delivery cost. When I paid for it, they agreed that they would call the venue before they arrived for pick up, but they didn't call and I had to intervene, as I was leaving for my honeymoon. The quality of the chairs were fine, but the tables are REALLY crappy. Very poor condition. They looked fine under the tablecloths we rented elsewhere, but if you aren't planning to cover the tables, make other arrangements. In addition, the customer service was really poor. Working with Midway Party Rental was the ONLY stressful thing about my wedding planning. Save yourself some stress, read the reviews, and go find something way better!
