Pet owner beware. First I must state that it was my mistake for not asking how much they charge for grooming, but I tend to trust people have integrity and will charge a fair market rate for services. We were in town from the Twin Cities for Christmas and thought we would get our dog groomed, they had an opening on Saturday so we dropped him off for a shampoo and grooming. It took a total of 1 1/2 hour to complete. In the the Twin Cities we pay between $45-$55 for this service and at a very high end dog salon we have paid up to $75. So we thought it would be in that range. When we picked him up she said the charge was $90 because big dogs are twice what little dogs cost. Again it was our fault for not asking, but we felt she took advantage of us because she knew we are from the Cities, drove up in a new truck and didn’t ask the price. The place is a low end, dirty dog kennel groomer and for this price places in the Twin Cities have leather furniture and a fireplace with free coffee while you wait and smells baking cookies. This place smelled like a dirty dog kennel. My dog got my truck dirtier on the way home then he did on the way there. Would not recommend this business to anyone, just on integrity alone.
