Brought car in for a 2-3 hour recall. Ended up taking 7 hours. Got car back and it wouldn't put out heat. The said it had an "air bubble" in the line that will work it's way out, to bring it back in the morning if it doesn't warm up and they would put more coolant in. Had to drive 2 hours without heat. Drove a half hour out of the way the next morning and they put a minimal amount of coolant in and said should work it's way out. Drove 6 hours that day in a cold car and it never "worked it's way out". Now we have 9 hours in shop and drive time for a 2-3 hour recall. I am back, another half hour in a cold car. I asked that they just give me a car, and call me when it's fixed. I am told they have no cars and wait in the lobby and they'll look at it. They have no concern that my wife has had to drive that last two days with no heat, no concern that they have taken an entire day away just wait in the lobby and we'll look at it. Thanks for such good service! We will drive 2 hours for service rather than come here again.
