My husband and I made appointments to get our haircut here which was not a pleasurable experience. My husband told the student that he just wanted a trim but she practically gave him a buzz cut instead. The back and the sideburns were also uneven. The student that was assigned to cut my hair not only, was unprofessional but she was also very immature. At certain times, she would giggle and would babble on about having a "sugar high" from eating too much candy. At times, trying to communicate with her about how I wanted my haircut was not only, painful but exhausting. As for my haircut, it's not what I wanted since it's a god awful hack job from being so uneven. The instructor tried to fix it but there wasn't much she could do. I told the receptionist at the front desk but she just rolled her eyes and apologized. Neither of us received a discount at all so we will not return.

I had my hair cut there yesterday and Maggie was the BEST! We started out at 3 inches long and she kept asking me as she was doing my haircut if it looked okay or if I wanted it shorter. The end result was that we got it down to 1 inch all the way around and on top and I LOVED IT! Thanks For a GREAT time!
