These people suck. Our landlord hired them to take over the management and it turned into a nightmare. Calling them incompetent would be a compliment. It took me nearly two months to figure out basic things like who's responsibility it is to mow the lawn. My upstairs neighbor had a broken sink for over a month. Avoid these idiots, they're scumbags that only care about collecting rent and threatening tenants with contracts and fees. Long story short we got the hell out and moved.
