Horrible experience. I had to wait in line for 10+ minutes. Once I was about to pay, they wanted me to show ID. I didn't have ID to show at the time, so they made me wait another 20 minutes while the supervisor on duty disappeared as if she was OK'ing it with corporate to trust that I am who I say I am. After 20 minutes, she still wasn't back, so I requested my card and left. All this for an order that was less than $40. I've made larger purchases without showing ID or having to wait for a manager at other restaurants. Why did they have to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
