Most times, when staying at a hotel or motel, low price equals poor quality. However, Pelican Lake Motel is an exception. For what you pay, a stay here is pretty nice. Although I'm a bit jealous of my parents, because their side of the room had a better bed, and a jacuzzi!
The pool area (attached to Leisure Suites of Breezy Point) was great. They had a waterslide, hot tub, and a sauna. And the motel is in easy reach of a restaurant and gas station.
All in all, Pelican Lake Motel is a good alternative for those who can't afford the Breezy Point Resort nearby.
