PetSmart

Horrible customer service. Slow under staffed store with employees that hate their job and don't want to be there. The store manager doesn't honor return policies. I bought a fish tank there and a week later put a few fish in the tank from that store and they all had ick. I Called the manager and told her the situation. She said to bring it in for a full refund. So I did but because I did not have the same card I purchased it with she would not give me a refund or even store credit and demanded that I bring in a bank statement which is personal information. I did not have the same credit card due to fraud. I looked on their website while I was there and their return policy clearly stated if you don't have the same card that they will give you a store credit which she did not honor. I argued my case and one of the employees their ended up calling the cops which is crazy over a situation like this. Do not go to PetSmart especially for fish due to ick in their tanks.
