James was the bus driver for our Jag Tours bus trip to the Norsk Hostfest in Minot, ND. I found him to be gentle, patient and have a sense of humor. I enjoyed visiting with him. He had a grueling schedule to begin picking up passengers from LaCrosse, Wisconsin at 4 a.m. and picking up the last one in Bloomington. MN along the way.
