Very poor experience with this building. Everything was great until I moved in, then every time I needed something management's attitude was horrible and made it seem like I was bothering them. First week after I moved in I'd put in a form to have my mail delivered under multiple names- I've had legal name changes due to parent's marriages and etc. and still receive mail from a few of them. The postal worker instead takes the form to the leasing office and complains I've got other people living with me despite the same first and middle name being listed for each variation. Management sends me a letter threatening eviction- totally starting off on the right foot. I explain the situation and they tell me I need to provide original documents showing all of my names and the reason for each change cause my mail can't be delivered due to federal regulations outlined in my lease (no such regulations in there). Somehow still got mail for completely random people without any problem or paperwork. The security guard stalked and harassed me and apparently reported I was participating in illegal activities because the orange smell in the hallway outside my door was too strong (didn't know cleaning in an apt where the windows don't open was illegal activity) and again that there were other people living in my unit - still can't imagine or figure out who that would have been since it was just me and my dog and I was paying pet rent for him. Management doesn't ask any questions, just sends another letter threatening eviction. Thankfully I got a job offer that moved me out of town but they are making sure they put me through hell doing that -charged me a full months rent ($1100) even though I moved out on the 3rd but still want their keys back immediately and disabled my fob/keypad access the day before I was officially out of the apartment so I had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs to move all my boxes and things out. When I told them I'd be moving out of town they said the only way I could get out of my lease was through buyout( about $4500 - cause of course I'll have that in the middle of moving and finding a new place to live) or to find someone to take over the lease under a roommate addendum. Now all of a sudden on the day I move out, they've managed to magically fix the system; ditched the roommate process and ended my lease early then moved the new guy in under a new lease -the process they told me they couldn't do initially without me giving them almost 5 grand and couldn't manage to communicate any of this with me until I go down to the office thinking I'm gonna be signing takeover paperwork. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I get my refund in the mail. By the itemized list they gave me, I went from a $1400 refund down to $600 for all of the nonsense they claim they had to fix in the apartment. Thank goodness I took pictures and kept receipts for everything I cleaned and completed before I moved out and I’ll be taking them to small claims court. Renters beware -these people are liars and scammers and will steal every penny from you that they can.

BEWARE! The manager is RUDE and SNEAKY! They charge $300 without your knowledge before even showing an apartment and will not work with you. Will NOT refund it when cancelling! They prey on people! They should be taken to court!!
