Pizza Hut

food iis usually either cold or wrong toppings, last time orderd 2 med pizz and stix, food was so cold you couldn't feel any warmth at all, even had the driver hold a piece, since I really didn't want to have to microwave breadstick *again* I sent it back. the driver was rude and complained about having to do 4 deliveries at once and suggested I order at a slow time of the day, I called the manager and gave her the information on what happened, and why I returned the food, she had no apology or even offer to re make the order simply acted like it was a bother having to talk to me. now today about a month alter I tried one last time to order, after a few minutes a got a call back and they said I have been blacklisted and they wont deliver to this address ever again. so instead of trying to improve their product or service they simply don't give a damn about their customers.
