Pizza Hut

Every time I've ordered there food is not cooked thoroughly or it takes forever to receive the food. By the time you get it the food is cold and mushy. Not to mention their prices.

I've only used them for delivery, so this review doesn't touch on their store front or dining area (if they have one). 1) Slow. Everything arrives later than I would normally expect, and they're slower than their competitors in the area. At least twice, this was blamed on staffing issues. 2) Gross. Three times, a pizza was delivered that was either luke-warm or appeared to have been sitting under the heatlamps or in a warming oven. In each of those times, it tasted terrible - so bad that I threw it away. 3) Poorly made. Four times, I'd ordered boneless wings in one sauce or another only to find that they'd simply put the sauce in the container, then threw the chicken in on top of the sauce. I have a picture of one of those times. 4) Consistently bad. They used to be better than this, but this location has gone downhill over the past year. I keep giving them more chances, and it never gets better. I tell the drivers about the issues I've had with previous orders, yet nothing gets better. I've told whoever was on the other side of the phone, yet nothing gets better. I honestly don't know if they're working on the issues or not. I don't want coupons or free items - I simply want what I ordered when I order it, and I want it to taste like it should.
