Reebok Outlet

Walked into the store at 12p No one in the store but two workers. One girl and a guy. My wife and I went to the shoe section where they were standing and flirting. Not one time did they acknowledge us nor ask if we needed help. We continue to look around there and try shoes on for another 5-10 mins. No assistance. We then went to the women section of the store. No one bother to come and ask us if we needed help. We ended finding what we need, went to check out. These two workers continue their flirting and we stood there for a few minutes. Eventually we call out and said we were ready to check out. The lady came up to assist us. I ask for the manager and ask for their name. She said she was. I ask her did she provide customer service support or welcome us?? All she did was apologize. Told her no need to apologize. She a manger and if she consider that customer service then it explains why her store is empty. Shook my head paid for what we wanted. Piss poor customer service. Reebok why don’t you go over to #DKNY and have them train your workers how to provide excellent customer service. #REEBOK=GARBAGE
