KC Lundberg was the seller's agent for a house we purchased in St. Peter, our purchase was a unique, complicated situation due to it being a VA Loan, us requesting new siding in the purchase agreement and the owner's son selling under a POA while the owner was in a nursing home.
Without KC's help I don't know that we would have been able to get everything done and closed in time.
