3 Jun 18, 2018 Travis Blasy Urban park in the core of downtown St. Paul. Unfortunately, always 1/2 full of homeless people and the occasional pushy sidewalk preacher. Putting that aside, it's generally safe, at least during the day. Had become a Mecca for Pokemon go players.
