Initially I bought a vehicle in October. It was a great experience initially. I had to come back a second time for a windshield replacement that we had agreed upon. The second go round was a little questionable. Staff was rude when I asked a question about not yet receiving my tabs, and about the other things that I had been promised when I bought the vehicle (rear view mirror, spare tire, and a windshield). The windshield was replaced without an issue, however when I asked about the other things that I had been promised, I was told I would have to come back for those things. I specifically asked, "I'll have to make another trip then?" He had said "yes". This wouldn't be an issue, however I live over an hour away. When the other half called to speak with them, he was told that they had agreed to deliver the parts to me. I'm just frustrated and confused.
