I had a string of bad luck with my two vehicles a few weeks ago, and Speltz helped me out each time. My first vehicle has a water pump go out and the driver picked up my wife within 30 minutes and towed her all of the way to Rochester, MN. The driver was courteous and professional during the whole ordeal. A few days later, I punctured a tire, and the same driver was dispatched to tow me into the dealership!
