Spyhouse Coffee Roasters

They covered nearly half of the electrical outlets!!. Use to be one of my favorite places to go study despite being busy. They have good music and coffee but decided to get rid of outlets to prevent people from staying too long. Wonder how that's going to play out in the long run as a majority of their clientele are local students or professionals. Use to be one of my favorite places to go when I really needed to get work done - I would sit around for like 4 hours but always bought food and drinks... now I gotta find another study spot.

Nice staff, lots of room in a cool loft-style space. But the "almond poppyseed" bread I ordered was terrible (dry and was really LEMON, not almond) and the latte was expensive (they charged extra to have it iced vs. hot). They also don't offer any artificial sweeteners. People smoke in and around the outdoor seating area, which is gross.
