I started going to Dr. Steffen when I was about 8 months pregnant because of some tightness/pinching in my lower back. I was a little worried about going to a chiropractor while pregnant since I've had other chiropractors be fairly physical in how they make adjustments. But there was no aggressive cracking of my back or anything even remotely worrisome for the baby. She used an adjustable table that she would raise and lower to accommodate my growing belly and also to do the actual adjustments. It was very gentle and, best of all, effective in treating my back pain. Even after the pain was gone, I continued getting adjustments until my daughter was born to make sure things were in alignment for the birth itself. I had a very good birthing experience and I think the chiropractic work I had leading up to it was very helpful in having a relatively quick and easy birth. I would highly recommend Dr. Steffen for adjustments you need, but especially for any issues during pregnancy. Also, she has always been flexible with rescheduling appointments, which is very nice as meetings and work conflicts pop up.

I have gone to Dr. Steffen for quite a few years. She has helped me through chronic neck and back issues, migraines, and other problems. She really has gone the extra nine yards for me. She is the best. I have had quite a few other chiropractors in my lifetime and they do not compare with Dr. Steffen. She really cares about each patient. Like the other review says, I hope she NEVER retires!
