Such a great experience! I bought a used vehicle from them and the process was so effortless and great. I had an issue after a week of owning it and they went and above and beyond to get it all worked out. Will definitely go back to them and recommend them!

We purchased our new Suburban here. We had a great sales member who left to the Wayzata location shortly after we bought the vehicle. After the purchase, things went downhill considerably. My wife has been in 3 times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. I finally called in to figure out why they were not doing this work as it is under warranty as well as not fixing something else they scheduled for an entire day. I find out they keep giving her the same song and dance that they will do it next time. To make things more frustrating it has never been noted in their system. The service department took advantage of my wife because she is a girl plain and simple. Sexism is an issue at this dealership when it comes to servicing vehicles. New service manager seems like a good person, but after three sexist strikes sorry, you are out. Do not trust that they will be honorable. There intentions will not line up with your best interests. We expected far better service as we bought new from them. Huge disappointment from my hometown dealership. Buy your vehicle here but get it serviced somewhere else.
