Took 10 minutes to get to the window. They apparently don't start making your food until you pay because they were all standing there when I got to the window. It wasn't until after I got to the window they informed me that they forgot to let me know they were out of rice for my food. And even then it took another 7 minutes to get my food. That's unacceptable. Gloves should be required when you're handling food. Service should be prompt, not delayed. No wonder the place looks like it has a layer of dirt on everything. They can't be bothered to do their job.
