My boyfriend and I were just in to get a new iPhone. Zak, Emily and Matt back in Electronics were AMAZING! Our situation was pesky. Switching providers, adding a phone to an existing plan, lost passwords. They were fun, friendly, fast and just wonderful people all around! I know customer service can be a thankless job (been there done that, still do it.). I’m extending a huge thank you to these three for all their help!!
