Larry was great, however after we had made selections, and had returned the samples, we needed to get samples back, to compare to our vanity top and sink, literally half a mile up the road (Princess Marble). Tile Shop charged us for the samples, which we returned within the hour.
$29.11 charged to our credit card, then having to return and wait for a credit (again, within an hour) was poor customer treatment, considering we had just just purchased about $2K worth of tile.
Are there really that many people stealing tile samples????
