Overall has been a good experience - EXCEPT: I was in the final stages of my slate floor installation on Monday, 01/02, and had a concern about the grout haze (didn't seem to be coming off, and the tile looked bad). I called the Woodbury store (where I bought the tile and supplies), and the woman who answered asked if they could call me back. She said they were very busy. I told her that this was an urgent issue, and that I needed to hear from someone soon. She stated that they would TRY to have someone call me back. I gave her my number, but no one ever called back. Apparently new customers are more important than customers they have already received the money from.
