Tooties On Lowry

First time in the city and my girlfriend and I had a great time here. We loved the wings here and they came out hot. The burgers are good and seasoned well. The waitress we had was helpful and responsive. She did not complain even when we ended up leaving about 10 minutes after closing.

I love Tooties! I have been a regular customer for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience. They have very good burgers, my favorites being the Blackened Blue. Jamaican, or Thai Peanut. Very good quality meat and they know how to cook meat that isn't just well done. Medium rare means medium rare as it should! The staff is friendly and I enjoy visiting with them as if they were family. Very reasonably priced and I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes to get a table - a pleasure only achieved on the North Side.
