Worst experience I ever had with these apartments. They have given me an apartment that was not even carpet cleaned. Soon as I enter into the apartment, a very bad strong odour comes. I raised a service request regarding this, and it was not addressed at all. Since the day I moved in I have raised so many service requestson so many issues in the apartment, the toilet flush does not work, sink in the rest room gets clogged. If I open the closet door it falls off, if I open window in the bed room it falls off. On top of all these it is a BED BUGS affected apartment, and they blame me in return. Worst Management I can say. My sincere advise to people is to not opt for leasing this kind of an apartment and have additional stress added to your personal life. Living experience with Town Center Apartments SUCKS, BIG TIME !! Update with respect to Owner's Response: It is an utter non sense, that they mention saying the odor issue was not there since the day i moved in. Right from day 1 I kept complaining about this issue. Absolutely no action was taken. They say, they have responded to service requests within 48 hours of time, which is again a non sense, since, they just did not address these issues, whatever i have mentioned in my post. They just plan to grab money with all sorts of idiotic reasons. WORST APARTMENTS EVER I HAVE SEEN TILL DATE. I would rather be happy, if they at least have that generosity in accepting the fact that, they have given an uncleaned and an unhealthy apartment. I will give Town Center apartments "0" rating, if I am given that option. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to lease these kind of apartments.
