My keys were 'misplaced' while I was at dinner downtown MPLS on 1/27. I am still waiting patiently to hear how they will sort this out although I have called twice and emailed twice with no response what so ever. When I spoke with the GM and the owner of the company, I pretty much got the impression that although they are sorry, I am not their priority. I have about $200-300 worth of keys including remote starter to replace and need this figured out ASAP - it has been 4 days and I can't even check my mail.
