There lucky as hell. I had to put 1 star. Front desk nurse said she refuses to start an new file for me because it was my first time there an I didn't have a copy of my insurance card. I said so your refusing service because I don't have a copy of my insurance card. You can look me up I have 2 types . I have a cast on one hand the roads are bad . We just had a blizzard last night. I can't drive far. She said Oh well go to the ER. Smh this place is a poor excuse of a facility. Please don't go here ever !
