Valley Care and Rehab

I have worked for many nursing homes over the past 30 years. This place is as good as any of them and better in some ways. The owners are highly invested in the day to day success.

I highly recommend Valley Care and Rehab to people who are looking to live or work in long-term care. It definitely does not have a “facility” vibe, instead it is like a second family. There is always someone to greet you with a smile on their face when you walk through the doors. Whether it is the administrator, director of nursing, office staff, nursing staff or a resident, someone will be ready and willing to start up a conversation. I had the opportunity to work there under the current management and was provided a great learning experience which has helped me tremendously in my career. There were multiple opportunities for promotion and growth which is not easy to find other places. The administrator and director of nursing are down to earth individuals that set high expectations for themselves and for their staff to provide the highest quality of care to the residents. They are open, honest, and hospitable people who want to keep staff, residents, and resident families as satisfied as possible. They are more than willing to teach if you are willing to learn. Being able to be a part of the Valley Care and Rehab family has positively impacted my life in so many ways. Every day was fulfilling and I always looked forward to going to work. Again, I highly recommend this home away from home if you are looking for a relaxed, small town environment.
