The only reason I am wasting my time on this review is in the hope I can deter anyone else from having to deal with this place and their staff. It is apparent their staff have not been trained in any aspect of customer service, nor know anything about the business. Every single time I have called with questions, I've been given the run around, then told I will receive a call back WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN THREE YEARS. I've always had to follow up. They are extremely rude and condensing to women, most specifically the "manager" of the service center. Speaking of the service center, I was outright lied to regarding a work done on my car, being told it was covered under warranty. Upon pick up of my car, I was told I had a $250+ bill I had to pay on the spot to which I objected, as I was originally told it was under warranty. When I objected the staff member tried to refuse me my keys. MY keys, for MY CAR, that I pay for. Let's not forget about the fact were scratches and damage done to my driver-side mirror while in their possession. When I brought this to the attention of the service center "manager", he said "even though I know you're lying, maybe our body guy can take a look". Literally go to any other dealership than this place. As a customer, I have never been treated so poorly in my life and I am excited I will never have to go back! I could rant for days about them. I ALSO JUST THOUGHT I'D ADD THAT THEIR OWN STAFF ARE THE ONES GIVING A LOT OF THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS.
