Look...It was 1992, I was a kid, 12 years old. Camping with the parents thing. The "beach" that wapiti offered back then was no more than a 20 foot sandy bank on the river. I remember being bored out of my mind the entire weekend, as our backwoods in Andover had far more adventure to be had. The folks as Shady River called it Watapity. The reviews I see here are split, but from the critical ones, I can tell nothing has changed. We vowed as a family never to return back then, and it doesn't sound worth a second chance. winter camping may be an entirely different thing.
