The repair looks great and was a reasonable price compared to some other repair shops. Also saved 15% by booking online. The one issue I had: My appointment was for 8:30am. I planned to drop my phone off, run some errands and then stop back. However, the tech who repairs Galaxy phones wasn't in until 2pm. Why offer the earlier time slot if no one is there to repair it at that time? In the end, I was able to adjust my schedule to drop my phone off at 2pm and pick it up a few hours later.
