West Metro Lawn Care & Snow Removal, LLC

We have had a great experience with West Metro Lawn Care and Snow Removal. We used them for our snow removal this year, and they absolutely take care of snow issues. The other thing I particularly like is that during storms/snow accumulation events, they send out an email when their crews are leaving for their routes, so that customers know that they are starting their routes. I find this very helpful. Additionally, we had an issue recently where we were out of town during a storm, and after the crew cleared the snow, winds blew high snow over the sidewalk again. I didn't realize that had happened as we had been out of town, and when we got home it appeared that the sidewalk had not been cleared, so I asked West Metro Snow Removal about it. He came out and looked at it and although it technically was not their responsibility to clear it a second time (it says clearly in the contract that they are obviously not responsible for winds that occur after snow has been cleared), out of courtesy he cleared it again for me. I find this attention to detail reassuring. He is very good about communication with us. Highly recommend!

Great group of guys out plowing. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Whenever it snows I wake up to no snow in my driveway every time.
