Great rate, but that's where the great stops. Reserved room with Jacuuzi, but put us in a room without one...which was also dirty. Changed to the correct room, but was infused with cigarette smell and cigarette burns on the jacuuzi (smoke-free room). Pool was closed and I had my whole family including two children with who were looking forward to the pool in a cold MN April. When we went to check the pool, we saw the older gentleman that was shoveling, was now cleaning the room we originally got put in. The front desk clerk seemed more interested in his phone than the problems we were having. Didn't see a soul for breakfast with an hour left and almost everything was out...no one even at the desk. So much for that awesome waffle breakfast I promised the kids after no pool. Worst hotel experience I have ever had, at least my family was sort of understanding at the bad luck I had trying to plan a great getaway. + 5 stars for the super employee that was shoveling, cleaning, and brought us the extra linen for the hide-a-bed. They need a few more of him.
