We've had great experiences at Banfield. We don't have to wait when we get there, and the techs and doctors are always great with our dog. If we have questions, we can call and get a doctors call back quickly. Plus, it's nice that it's attached to Pet Smart if we need to pick anything up. Would highly recommend.
