I purchased a used Volkswagen Passat and would buy another vehicle from them in a second! Part of the negotiation was Tim telling me they stand behind the vehicles they sell. I bought the car and started driving it home and it started running hot. I called Tim and he said to bring it back. They gave me a loaner car and started working on my car. They repaired it at a great expense to them and did not charge me a penny. Tim's warranty agreement was just a oral promise, nothing on paper! They are highly recommend.
