Real life is not like Judge Judy, duh! The essence of a court is keeping (& if needed, learning) respect for authority, not to "do what the customer wants." Obviously some persons are called to court because in some way they disdain authority, and staff are prepared for them. I've been quite content here knowing they will show me respect when I show it to them.
