Today was my first time at this do-it-yourself wash. After over a minute with no high pressure soap I alerted the guy. He said, "Sometimes it takes a few seconds." I told him it had now been 1:15 of my 5 minutes of time. He said, "Use the presoak." With that I got a very low pressure fine mist of something that might have been soap (and that defeats the purpose of high pressure). He said, "Well, there's soap in there." NOT helpful. There was no offer to check the problem. There was no offer to give me more time. And the "spotless" rinse...left a ton of spots. Suffice it to say I won't be going back.
