Great customer service. Austin was very knowledgeable and awesome helping with the purchase of a new bike for myself and my husband. We haven't ridden in years and he was so helpful and kind with his suggestions. I will definitely recommend Michaels to friends and family. Everyone was helpful and very friendly.
