This dealership does not allow you to have their cars inspected by a mechanic, they state that this is because they have their cars checked before they sell them and that they are priced low so that you can afford to repair it if needed. I purchased a car from here at a fair price and immediately took it be checked. I was told that it needed $1600 in repairs (almost three quarters of what I paid for the car). The mechanic they have their cars checked by is either incompetent or misleading the dealership on the condition of the vehicles. It's either this, or Oakdale Auto is knowingly selling cars without properly disclosing their condition. Regardless, if you're intending on buying a car here plan to pay for repairs immediately following.
